Lake Erie 1-22-2013 Ice forming on it.

I'm trying to get caught up on some posts and there has been an interest in Lake Erie so I'm post dating some that I meant to do to show lake Erie freezing over.

Today you could see there was ice actually on the lake.

 This picture is good because you can see the wind had blown some of the snow away and the beach got clear a little bit but the ice is has formed on the water.

 On this you can see little ice cube that have formed and our floating on top.  The waves wash them up onto the ice and they then freeze there in place.
